Run The Risk is comprised of Henry Robins, Joey Worley, and Aidan Westrope. In 2015, the band began as a small project and quickly blossomed into a sexy, Alternative Rock sound influenced by artists including Royal Blood and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Ashley McMurray from The Odyssey briefly mentions of how the name was created from the "...deteriorating music scene and taking a chance with their music." On top of sitting down with the band members and sharing some funny stories,  Mcmurray touches about their released EP Into The Black Wave and show at the Blue Room, Eugene, Oregon. Recently, the dynamic trio has gained exposure earning Runner-Up in db-Nation's Battle of the Bands and was selected twice to perform for the prestigious Northwest Springfest held in Corvallis, Oregon in August 2017 and 2018.
